Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Content Operations Associate to support the

creation and scaling of AI-generated content. This role depends heavily on proficiency with GenAI

tools and content operations, contributing to efficient content development and quality assurance

processes.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

Utilize licensed AI tools and internal applications to generate AI-driven content delivered in

various learning formats, including interactive and non-interactive experiences.

Publish AI-generated content into the Learning Management System (LMS) while adhering

to instructional design principles to ensure educational effectiveness.

Demonstrate strong creativity by scripting content like a screenplay writer, visualizing

scenarios akin to a director, applying camera positions similar to a cinematographer, and

working with audio elements like a composer.

Perform basic edits and fixes across multiple content types using tools such as Word,

Notepad (for text), Photoshop (for images), Audacity (for audio), and Clipchamp (for video)

to refine and enhance output quality.

Continuously explore and implement innovative techniques and tools to shorten

development cycles and improve content production efficiency.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in AI content development to

leverage new capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Quality Control

Conduct thorough manual reviews to verify that AI-generated content is accurate, error-

free, and meets quality standards.

Translate content with precision, ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual

appropriateness for target audiences.
