We're seeking a visionary Creative Prompt Specialist specializing in Generative AI and 3D Animation to join our team and shape the future of creative storytelling.
This is a strictly in-office role for individuals passionate about creativity, innovation, and agency life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and fine-tune creative prompts to generate impactful and innovative AI-driven content for campaigns, ads, and social media.
- Create and manipulate 3D/2D models and assets using tools such as Blender, Maya, and Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, copywriters, and strategists to integrate generative AI outputs into creative projects seamlessly.
- Experiment with and optimize AI models (e.g., OpenAI, MidJourney, DALL-E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Krea AI, Freepik AI) to deliver on creative briefs.
- Craft prompts that enable AI tools to generate high-quality imagery, animations, text, and multimedia content.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative AI-driven visual narratives aligned with brand identities.
- Troubleshoot and iterate AI outputs to achieve the desired creativity, quality, and animation standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI, 3D animation, and creative technology.
- Educate internal teams about the evolving capabilities and limitations of AI in creative workflows.
- Maintain documentation of prompt strategies, outputs, and best practices for continual improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Art, Animation, Creative Writing, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency setting with hands-on experience in 3D animation and asset creation.
- Strong proficiency in Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe XD, Nuke, and Figma.
- Experience working with generative AI platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT, DALL-E), MidJourney, Runway, Kling, Krea AI, Freepik AI, Hugging Face, and Adobe Firefly.
- Excellent storytelling and creative prompting skills, with a keen understanding of brand narratives.
- Deep knowledge of 3D/2D production pipelines and animation workflows.
- Analytical mindset to refine AI-generated outputs based on feedback and creative objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present AI-driven concepts and creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Passion for blending technology, creativity, and storytelling to push the boundaries of modern marketing.
