Internship Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic intern who wants to:
- Learn AI tools
- Build confidence on camera
- Create social media content
- Grow as a trainer & content creator

What You Will Do
- Learn AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.)
- Create Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
- Shoot videos with mentor (Prakash)
- Explain AI tools in simple language
- Speak confidently on camera
- Collaborate on content ideas

SELECTION PROCESS
We aim to make the selection steps clear and actionable. Below are the stages, submission format, where to send your materials, and expected timelines.
- Application: Send your CV and a short (20-30 word) statement of interest to [Confidential Information] with the subject line: AI Content Creator Intern - Application - [Your Name]. You will receive an application confirmation within 2 business days.
- Shortlisting: Applications are reviewed and shortlisted within 5 business days. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit the challenge video (details below).
- Challenge task (Video Submission):
- Task: Learn one AI tool and create a 60-second explanation/demo video where you clearly explain the tool and show one simple use or prompt.
- Format: MP4 or MOV preferred; vertical 9:16 (portrait) for short-form suitability; maximum 60 seconds; file size up to 100MB. Alternatively, provide a private YouTube or Vimeo link. Name your file as: Lastname_Firstname_City.mp4
- Supplement: In the same email include a short text (3-5 sentences) describing the tool, the prompts or steps you used, and any editing software used.
- Where to submit: Reply to the shortlist invitation email with your video attachment or link, or send directly to [HIDDEN TEXT] with subject: AI Content Creator Intern - Video Submission - [Your Name].
- Deadline: Submit the challenge within 3 calendar days of receiving the shortlist invitation. If you need extra time, mention this in advance and we will try to accommodate.
- Review & Final discussion: Videos are reviewed within 5 business days of submission. Selected candidates will be invited to a 20–30 minute final discussion (video call) with the mentor (Prakash) to talk through your approach, communication skills, and fit for the role. These calls are scheduled within 7 days of the review.
- Decision & feedback: Final decisions are typically communicated within 3 business days after the final discussion. Where possible, we provide brief feedback to candidates who completed the challenge.

Evaluation criteria include clarity of explanation, on-camera presence, understanding and correct use of the AI tool, creativity and storytelling, editing quality, and adherence to the submission format.
