AI Content Creator Intern (Social Media)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete 4-week social media calendar daily
• Create 4 Reels + 2 Carousels + Stories every week with strong 03 second hooks
• Shoot/record with freelance Anchors (TPO interviews, student success stories, campus tours)
• Edit videos using AI tools (70% of work) + Adobe when needed
• Write Hinglish captions, hashtags, and CTAs that convert
• Schedule posts, reply to DMs & Stories, and generate leads (campus visits, free audits, enrollments)
• Track weekly performance and share simple reports with Founder
  

Requirements:

• 14 years of Reels / social media content creation experience
• Strong portfolio with Reels that have 10K+ views (must share link)
• Expert in AI tools: Predis.ai, Canva Magic Studio, CapCut AI, Buffer
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop (preferred, not mandatory)
• Fluent in content writing and editing
• Ability to finish editing in under 30 minutes using AI
• Passion for EdTech / placement / job market content

Big Plus: Experience in Tier-2/3 audience or EdTech brands.
