Role: AI Video Creator (Short-Form Content)
Mission
- Turn raw briefs and product ideas into thumb-stopping, cinematic 15–60 second videos using AI video models, then refine and optimise them for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
What You'll Do
- Convert product ideas and briefs into strong hooks, micro-storyboards, and shot lists
- Create mood boards and visual directions before execution
- Generate cinematic shots using AI video tools (see skills below)
- Stitch AI-generated shots into cohesive 30–60s vertical videos
- Add captions, sound effects, voiceovers, and music
- Colour-match and refine clips for a premium, polished look
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AI video generation tools, especially:
- OpenArt (mandatory)
- Google Veo (via Gemini/Flow), Runway Gen-4, Luma Dream Machine / Ray
- Excellent prompt-crafting skills with reference-guided generation
- Ability to translate ideas into clear visual narratives
- Fast and efficient video editing skills:
- Social edits & captions: CapCut / Descript
- Final polish: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Basic audio skills:
- Voice-over cleanup
- Music syncing
- Simple sound design
Details
Stipend: INR 5,000-7,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills)
Duration: 6 months
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (IST)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
