Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Remote not available)

Guby Rogers is a fast-growing startup focused on building a bold, digital-first brand. We are looking for a creative and technically sharp AI Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through AI-generated videos, avatars, and visual creatives, using the best tools available today.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who doesn't just use AI tools - but masters them. This person will be responsible for producing high-quality AI-generated content including promotional videos, talking avatars, posters, and social media creatives that grab attention and represent our brand with consistency and impact.

If you live and breathe tools like Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut, or InVideo, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating AI-generated videos and short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Designing and animating AI avatars for brand communication, product explainers, and campaigns
• Producing high-quality posters, banners, and visual creatives using AI design tools
• Writing prompts and scripts to guide AI tools effectively for best output
• Maintaining brand consistency across all visual content
• Staying updated on emerging AI content tools and proactively integrating them into workflows
• Collaborating with the social media and marketing team to align content with campaign goals
• Managing a content bank and ensuring timely delivery of creatives

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI content tools — video (Runway, InVideo, HeyGen, Kling AI, Synthesia), image/poster (Midjourney, OpenArt, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI), and voice (ElevenLabs)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, brand identity, and visual storytelling
• Ability to write effective AI prompts to generate high-quality output
• Basic understanding of social media formats and platform-specific content needs (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn carousels, etc.)
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple creative projects simultaneously
• A portfolio or samples of AI-generated videos, avatars, or creatives is mandatory
• Prior experience in a startup or agency environment preferred
• Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree preferred

Good to Have

• Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles
• Understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them in AI-generated content
