Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an AI Content Creator cum Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing AI-assisted content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels, with a focus on regulatory and professional services topics. The specialist will use AI tools to draft and refine long-form and short-form content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, executing SEO and SEM strategies, tracking performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation. The role also includes collaborating with subject-matter experts, designers, and business stakeholders, maintaining content calendars, and staying current on regulatory trends and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including experience with AI-assisted writing tools, long-form and short-form content, and adaptation of complex topics into clear, accessible language.
- Digital marketing capabilities covering SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics-driven campaign optimization.
- Research and analytical skills to understand regulatory topics, identify audience needs, and translate technical information into engaging, accurate content.
- Editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills to ensure content is consistent, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
- Familiarity with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in regulatory, legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a strong advantage, as is prior work with B2B audiences.
