A successful AI Consultant should have:
7-10 years of total IT experience, including 1-2 years or more of experience in AI consulting.
. Proven consulting and advisory experience in assessing business needs and recommending Generative AI and low-code solutions.
. Experience in assessing digital maturity, analyzing business requirements, and designing end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Ability to use data to identify opportunities, monitor outcomes, and make data-driven strategy adjustments for improved ROI.
. Strong stakeholder engagement experience, collaborating with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
. Experience conducting workshops and training sessions on low-code platforms and AI capabilities.
. Ability to act as a trusted advisor for digital innovation initiatives and support adoption of new tools.
. Strong interest in innovation and thought leadership, with the ability to stay current on emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI.
. Capability to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
. Experience in streamlining operations, improving customer journeys, and boosting efficiency through digital initiatives.
