Position: AI / Computer Vision Engineer

Location: Mohali (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI / Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy real-time vision-based

analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in model development, optimization, and

production deployment of computer vision systems. This role requires strong execution capability, practical

problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver production-ready AI systems within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy real-time object detection and classification models

Build computer vision pipelines for image and video analytics

Implement rule-based and AI hybrid detection systems

Optimize models for real-time inference on GPU / edge devices

Improve model performance by reducing false positives and enhancing accuracy

Integrate AI modules with backend systems and dashboards

Handle video stream processing (RTSP / IP camera feeds)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and deployment

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python

Strong expertise in Computer Vision and Image Processing

Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Hands-on experience with object detection models (YOLO, Faster R-CNN)

Experience with segmentation models (U-Net, Mask R-CNN)

Strong knowledge of NumPy and Pandas

Experience in training and fine-tuning custom datasets

Understanding of model evaluation, tuning, and optimization techniques

Familiarity with LLMs and RAG-based systems (good to have)

Tools & Platforms

Experience with annotation tools such as LabelImg, CVAT, Roboflow

Familiarity with dataset preparation, labeling workflows, and versioning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments

Familiarity with edge AI deployment and real-time systems

Knowledge of model optimization tools (ONNX, TensorRT)

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
