About Position:

The AI CoE Enabler acts as a catalyst for embedding AI capabilities within Delivery Excellence function. This role ensures that AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives, ethically governed, and operationally scalable. This role acts as a strategic partner to business units and focuses on enabling teams, processes, and technology to maximize the value of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in technology enablement, AI/ML projects, or digital transformation roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and maintain the AI adoption roadmap for delivery excellence function aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases in the areas of delivery risk, project and quality management that can deliver significant business value.
  • Facilitate collaboration between delivery teams, support functions business units, and technology groups.
  • Coordinate with AI solution team (data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, IT, etc.) to ensure successful development and deployment of AI solutions.
  • Work with the technical teams to ensure solutions integrate with existing systems and leverage standardized tools, platforms, and infrastructure
  • Ensure all AI projects comply with the organization's governance frameworks, ISO 42001 requirements, data privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Prepare documentation and guides for internal use and act as a support point for AI-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build AI literacy and technical skills across teams. Create reusable assets such as prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice frameworks
  • Define, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the value created by AI initiatives (e.g., cost savings, revenue growth, efficiency gains).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and automation tools and recommend appropriate technologies

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data governance, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Experience in AI lifecycle management (ideation to deployment and monitoring).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage change and drive adoption across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools.
