Role Overview
We are looking for a Java expert to work on cutting-edge AI training and evaluation projects. In this role, you will contribute to improving the intelligence of AI systems by analyzing, writing, and evaluating Java code.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys deep problem-solving, clean coding, and understanding how systems think.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate Java code for correctness, efficiency, and scalability
- Write clean, optimized, and well-structured Java code snippets
- Review AI-generated code outputs and provide detailed feedback
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and logical inconsistencies in code
- Collaborate with AI/data teams to improve model performance
- Contribute to building high-quality datasets for training code intelligence models
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong understanding of OOPs, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with debugging, code review, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with frameworks like Spring / Hibernate is a plus
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to competitive programming / coding platforms
- Experience with Git, code versioning, and collaborative development
- Basic understanding of how AI/ML models work (not mandatory)
