We are supporting a partner company in identifying an AI Chat Support Assistant to manage customer interactions through chat-based platforms and support AI-assisted communication workflows.

This role is suited for someone who is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools and AI-supported environments.

What you will be working on

Handling customer inquiries via chat and messaging platforms

Assisting users with questions and resolving basic issues

Working alongside AI tools to manage and improve responses

Monitoring conversations to ensure clarity and accuracy

Escalating complex cases to appropriate teams

Maintaining records of interactions and support activities
