Welspun GCC is hiring an AI Capability & GenAI Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption across business and technology teams. The role will focus on developing enterprise AI capabilities through structured learning programs, hands-on training, and strategic interventions to enhance productivity, automation, and decision-making.
Principal Accountabilities
Design and deliver comprehensive AI learning programs workshops bootcamps hackathons and handson capability sessionsbr Create rolebased AI learning journeys tailored for business technology operations and leadership teamsbr Train employees on Generative AI LLM ecosystems Prompt Engineering AI Agents and Agentic Workflowsbr Facilitate the development of AIdriven workflows automation solutions and productivity accelerators using modern AI platforms and nocodelowcode toolsbr Drive awareness and understanding of AI Governance Responsible AI and enterprise AI best practicesbr Collaborate with business and HR leaders to embed an AIfirst culture and future ways of working within the organizationbr Measure the effectiveness of AI capability initiatives through metrics such as adoption rates productivity improvements and business impactbr Demonstrate handson expertise across AI tools workflows automation platforms and enterprise productivity use cases
