Role Description The AI Business Solutions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to optimize business processes, improve decision-making, and create measurable value across functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, conducting business analysis, and translating needs into AI use cases and solution designs. The specialist will work closely with IT, data, and operations teams to evaluate data readiness, support implementation of AI/BI tools, and monitor solution performance. The role also involves preparing clear documentation, dashboards, and presentations, training business users on new solutions, and continuously scanning for new technologies and practices that can enhance CenturyPly's operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with business process understanding, mapping, and optimization, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering, with the ability to translate business needs into technical or analytical specifications.
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) concepts, dashboards, and reporting tools, and an understanding of how BI and AI can be integrated for decision support.
- Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience or exposure to AI/ML concepts, data analytics platforms, or automation tools is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
