Business Analyst AI who can use AI tools like
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc to make our work faster, smarter, and more structured.
This role involves comparing quotations, finding gaps and hidden costs, creating clear reports, and supporting design work like moodboards and reference collection.
What you'll do Quotation Analysis
- Compare quotations from different vendors
- Put them into one standard format
- Find missing items, pricing differences, and hidden costs
- Create simple comparison reports
AI Support
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools to speed up analysis
- Improve prompts and templates for better output
- Help make reports faster and more consistent
Moodboards & Design Support
- Create moodboards for elevation and interiors
- Collect design references for materials, finishes, and styles
- Build simple reusable templates for the team
