What You'll Do

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and assess AI and GenAI opportunities
• Gather, analyse and document requirements, translating them into functional specifications and delivery-ready user stories
• Support discovery sessions to evaluate feasibility, impact, readiness and success metrics for AI use cases
• Coordinate delivery activities including plans, timelines, risks and dependencies across project teams
• Facilitate alignment on scope, outcomes and acceptance criteria, bridging business needs and technical constraints
• Track solution performance, capture feedback and recommend improvements after implementation
• Support responsible AI adoption, including explainability, auditability and governance alignment
• Prepare clear analysis, presentations and documentation to support decision-making

What Will Make You Shine

• Degree or equivalent demonstrated competencies in business analytics, information technology, computer science, engineering, data science or related fields
• Proven experience in business analysis, project delivery or digital transformation with exposure to AI-related workstreams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured requirements
• Stakeholder management skills, with clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on ability with data querying or analysis tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python or R
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical methods and data visualisation approaches
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, tools and delivery governance
• Ability to manage assigned work independently, balancing multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Experience supporting AI governance, risk or compliance requirements in regulated environments
• Exposure to natural language processing, computer vision or predictive analytics use cases
