Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and map pain points to generative AI solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases, such as document summarization for loan approvals or chatbots for customer queries.
  • Develop business cases, including ROI analysis, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps tailored to finance regulations.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for AI developers, ensuring ethical AI deployment.
  • Monitor pilot projects and measure outcomes like cost savings or efficiency gains in housing finance processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; certifications like CBAP or AI-specific (e.g., Generative AI for Business) preferred.
  • 4-7 years as a Business Analyst in finance/housing finance, with 1-2 years in AI/digital transformation projects.
  • Proven experience interacting with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption.
  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs like GPT) and tools (e.g., LangChain, Azure AI, Copilot).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL for data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication for presenting AI opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Domain expertise in housing finance (e.g., mortgage processing, NBFC regulations in India).
  • Knowledge of finance-specific AI applications like fraud detection or regulatory reporting.
