AI Business Analyst

Your Role

We are looking for a highly experiencedEngagement Product Business Analyst with 10- 13 years of experienceinFinance, Banking, P2P, O2C, R2R, andAI/ML technologies. This role demands strong client engagement skills and the ability to integrateGenerative AI into business processes to deliver high-impact solutions for Chennai, Pune & Delhi-NCR location

• • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Lead requirement gathering and analysis for P2P, Finance, and AI/ML integration.
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights and solution proposals (As-Is / To-Be processes).
  • Integrate Gen AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product features and business outcomes.
  • Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize based on business value.
  • Drive project planning and delivery in alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Provide training and support to clients for smooth adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Conduct walkthroughs and facilitate knowledge sessions on ITGC and process automation.
