Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and hands on AI Tech Lead with 5 years of experience in AI ML development to lead technical initiatives and guide a team of engineers
- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning deep learning and AI systems architecture along with a passion for solving real world problems through intelligent automation and data driven solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership
- Lead the design development and deployment of AI ML solutions
- Architect scalable AI systems and ensure integration with existing platforms
- Review code mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in model development and deployment
- Project Delivery
- Collaborate with product managers data engineers and business stakeholders to define AI use cases
- Manage project timelines risks and deliverables across multiple AI initiatives
- Innovation R D
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks
- Experiment with new algorithms tools and techniques to improve model performance and efficiency
- Operational Excellence
- Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management
- Monitor model performance and ensure reliability fairness and compliance
