Job Description

We're Hiring | AI Backend Developer

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Experience: 2–5 Years

SBNRI is on a mission to simplify financial life for NRIs worldwide. We're looking for a passionate and skilled AI Backend Developer (AI Native) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering college to join our fast-growing fintech startup and build scalable backend systems.

What We're Looking For :

• AI-native mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools, workflows, and systems effectively in backend development

• Strong backend engineering skills in Python (designing services, APIs, and data pipelines)

• Expertise in database design and data modeling (SQL + NoSQL) with a clear understanding of trade-offs

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Strong understanding of system design: scalability, reliability, performance, caching, and async processing

• Experience with debugging and production readiness (logs, monitoring, incident handling)

• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive features end-to-end and improve team quality

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Django/DRF (preferred but not mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Postgres

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and Docker
