Job Title: AI Automation Test Engineer
Role Overview.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions that enhance software quality and accelerate release cycles.
You will contribute to building AI-assisted test automation frameworks, intelligent test execution strategies, Continuous testing in CI/CD that improve the overall effectiveness of the software quality assurance lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of total QA experience, with minimum 2+ years in automation testing
- Strong Analytical skills, test case identification skills and thorough knowledge of Functional, Integration, UI and Regression testing
- Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on commercial software projects
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot to build:
- AI-generated test cases
- Self-healing automation scripts
- Automated test maintenance and optimization
- Ability to analyze AI-generated insights and identify defect patterns using test analytics
- Expertise in building and enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as:
- Playwright / Playwright MCP
- Cypress
- Selenium
- Strong programming skills in Java / Python/C#, JavaScript / TypeScript to support automation and AI-enabled testing workflows
- Experience with AI-assisted visual regression testing tools
- Basic knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCP
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Good working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
