Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Automation & Tech Specialist who is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, system integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and business process automations.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to improve productivity.
• Integrate multiple applications using APIs and automation platforms.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, and internal productivity tools.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend solutions that improve business operations.
• Optimise existing automation workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures for implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance while implementing automation solutions.

Required Tools & Technologies

• n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Python, Django, Selenium

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or software development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and experimenting with emerging AI technologies.
