We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation across the enterprise.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML models and automation frameworks.
• Define the AI strategy, toolchain, and best practices for the engineering team.
• Oversee integration of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows into business processes.
• Design intelligent RPA and process automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Guide and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and governance.

What are we looking for:

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate).
• Experience leading technical teams in agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
