Role Overview
You'll be the person who asks: Why are we still doing this manually — and then actually fixes it.
This is a build-first role focused on creating real automation that the team uses daily — not demos, not concepts. Our teams are creative and fast — but too much time goes into repetitive work: reports, captions, approvals, coordination.
We want someone who can systematically eliminate manual work and build workflows that scale how we operate.
What You'll Own
- Run time audits to identify repetitive, high-friction tasks
- Maintain a prioritised automation backlog (based on time saved & impact)
- Build and deploy AI agents / workflows (2+ per quarter)
- Own the AI tool stack (Make, n8n, Zapier, Claude, Notion AI, etc.)
- Maintain a live tool register (usage, cost, ownership)
- Run a monthly AI Spotlight session for the team
- Build an internal AI Playbook (prompts, workflows, use cases)
- Cut tools that aren't being used — you own efficiency, not excess
