About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can improve and automate business workflows using AI tools and automation platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong prompt engineering skills, technical understanding, and hands on experience with modern AI tools to streamline operations and increase productivity across departments.
The candidate should be capable of understanding business processes, identifying repetitive tasks, and building AI powered solutions that save time, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage AI powered workflows and automations
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and others to create business solutions
- Create advanced prompts for different business use cases
- Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
- Connect software, APIs, and AI systems to streamline operations
- Improve internal workflows using AI and automation
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities
- Build AI systems for:
- Content generation
- Lead management
- Customer support
- CRM automation

- Reporting
- Productivity optimization
- Test, optimize, and maintain automation systems
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and technologies
