Who we're looking for
We're a creative and social media agency actively exploring AI to improve how we think, build, and scale.
We're looking for one tech-first individual with strong AI keeda - someone who enjoys experimenting, building, and solving problems with AI.
You should be more hands-on than hierarchical, more jugaad than jargon.
What you'll do
- Build and test AI-powered tools & workflows for internal agency use
- Support AI vibe coding and rapid prototyping across teams
- Create and deploy AI Agents & Agentic AI workflows
- Help set up and manage AI-enabled CRM systems (leads, follow-ups, pipelines)
- Automate repetitive tasks across content, media, reporting & ops
- Explore new AI tools and turn them into practical agency solutions
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and performance teams
Must-have skills
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools, models & APIs
- Working knowledge of:
- AI Agents / Agentic workflows
- AI CRM systems (tools or custom integrations)
- Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Comfortable with no-code / low-code + basic coding
- Strong problem-solving ability with a jugaad mindset
- Ability to work independently and figure things out fast
Experience Required in:
Experience with AI Voice agents, chatbots, copilots, or internal AI tools
Basic Python / JavaScript knowledge
Prior agency or startup exposure is good to have
Interest in content, marketing, or creative tech
