Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Automation Specialist experienced in workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, or Zapier) and multi-agent system design.
You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing complex automation workflows, integrating APIs, and connecting AI models into intelligent pipelines that enhance productivity and decision-making.
This role offers opportunities to work across multiple AI systems, including OpenAI, Gemini, Google APIs, and Voice AI agents — making it ideal for professionals who love blending automation logic with AI intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage automated workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
• Develop and optimize multi-step automation systems integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs including Google Trends, YouTube Data API, Google Sheets API, and OpenAI API.
• Build and deploy Voice AI Agents capable of conversational automation and task execution.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to implement and enhance multi-agent communication systems.
• Apply prompt engineering to fine-tune LLM-based automation and content generation flows.
• Troubleshoot and maintain workflow integrity, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Document workflow logic, best practices, and technical processes.
• Continuously explore new automation tools and AI technologies to improve system capabilities.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience building and maintaining n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier workflows.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and hands-on experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with Google APIs (Google Trends, YouTube Data, Sheets) and OpenAI API.
• Experience with prompt engineering for LLM-based automation.
• Ability to design and manage multi-agent system architectures.
• Exposure to Voice AI platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs, VAPI, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in basic JavaScript or Python scripting for workflow customization.
