We are looking for an
AI Transformation Executive to lead this company-wide transformation from the Founder's Office.
Role Overview
The AI Transformation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered systems across all departments to significantly improve productivity, efficiency, and output quality.
This role requires a hands-on operator who can deeply understand team workflows, build practical AI-driven solutions, and continuously optimize them as the AI landscape evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Discovery & Workflow Design
- Work closely with each department to understand existing processes and workflows
- Observe and document repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
- Identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact
- Design and deploy AI-powered systems, automations, and workflows
- Implementation & Optimization
- Build, test, and roll out AI solutions across teams
- Monitor performance and continuously refine systems
- Stay up to date with emerging AI models, tools, and technologies
- Rapidly evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities where relevant
- Strategic Enablement
- Partner with department heads to drive AI adoption
- Train teams to effectively use AI-powered workflows
- Translate internal AI use cases into strategic insights
- Collaborate with the Product team to explore AI-led product enhancements
