About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer who can help automate business processes using AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
In this role, you will design and implement AI-powered workflows across marketing, operations, finance, and customer support functions. Your work will directly help reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enable teams to scale using intelligent automation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build internal AI tools and integrate automation solutions into the company's existing systems.

Design and develop AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive business processes
Integrate AI tools and APIs with internal systems and platforms
Build Automation Solutions For
Marketing content creation
Customer support responses
Sales insights and lead analysis
Analytics and reporting automation
Develop internal AI tools and dashboards for employees
Automate routine tasks across marketing, operations, and support teams
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
Monitor and optimize automation pipelines for performance and reliability
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement AI solutions
Required Skills
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with API integrations
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
Hands-on experience working with OpenAI APIs or other AI APIs
Good understanding of prompt engineering
Experience building automation pipelines and workflows
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications in Automation, AI tools, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage
Good to Have
Experience integrating automation with CRM systems
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Experience building analytics dashboards or reporting systems
Familiarity with No-code / Low-code automation platforms
