Our work includes AI-powered voice agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations such as Zoho and HubSpot, and modern web applications built using scalable technologies. We also develop internal AI tools, customer support chatbots, and industry-specific AI solutions with the goal of reducing manual work and enabling businesses to focus on growth.
Role Description
This is a paid internship role for an AI Automation Engineer, with conversion to full-time based on performance. The role is primarily remote and open to candidates based in Punjab, India only. Occasional in-person meetings may be required at our physical location in Punjab. You must be comfortable working Canadian business hours.
Responsibilities include building and integrating AI-powered automation and voice systems, connecting multiple tools and platforms, deploying real-world solutions used by businesses, and collaborating closely with engineers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered automation and voice systems
- Integrate CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, and similar tools
- Develop automation workflows using Make, Zapier, and n8n
- Build, deploy, and support production-ready AI systems
- Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or software development projects
- Familiarity with voice AI tools such as Vapi, Retell, Dialogflow or similar platforms
- Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Programming experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Go (Golang)
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, Supabase, and MongoDB
- Experience deploying applications using AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Understanding of scaling concepts (horizontal and vertical scaling)
- Knowledge of security best practices and clean code principles
- Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to get work done using AI tools ( Claude, Chatgpt etc. )
- Strong English and Punjabi communication skills, especially spoken English to collaborate effectively with team
