Job Title: AI Automation Engineer Intern

About The Role
We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer Intern who is excited about using AI to automate real business operations. You'll work closely with teams across HR, finance, operations, and legal to identify repetitive processes and help build intelligent automation workflows using LLMs and modern AI tools.
This internship is ideal for someone passionate about Generative AI, workflow automation, APIs, and solving operational problems using technology.
Responsibilities And Ownership
- Assist in building AI-powered automation workflows for internal business processes
- Support development of LLM-based pipelines for tasks like document extraction, classification, summarization, and reporting
- Work with tools/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, and workflow automation platforms
- Integrate internal tools and databases using APIs and webhooks
- Help automate HR, finance, CRM, and operational workflows
- Test, debug, monitor, and improve automation systems
- Maintain workflow documentation, logs, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with business teams to understand problems and suggest automation opportunities
- Research and experiment with new AI tools, models, and automation techniques
Required Skills
- Candidates should be pursuing or recently graduated from premier engineering institutions, preferably Tier 1 colleges
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
- Understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
