We are hiring an experienced AI Automation CoE Lead to build and scale a next-generation AI-driven automation function for our automotive component global manufacturing client. This role goes beyond traditional RPA, focusing on Generative AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise-scale transformation. You will lead strategy, execution, and innovation to deliver measurable business impact across European operations.
What You will Do:
- Build & Scale CoE: Establish and lead an AI Automation Center of Excellence with a clear roadmap and governance model
- Drive AI Transformation: Deliver end-to-end AI automation initiatives using GenAI, NLP, ML, and intelligent workflows
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Europe to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases
- Solution Ownership: Oversee the full lifecyclediscovery, design, development, deployment, and optimization
- AI Adoption: Champion the use of LLMs, copilots, and AI-assisted decision systems across business functions
- Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance, security, and ethical AI practices
- Vendor Management: Manage partners, platforms, and delivery through structured models (SOWs, SLAs)
- Measure Impact: Track ROI, KPIs, and continuously improve deployed solutions
What We are Looking For:
- 8+ years in IT / Automation / Digital Transformation
- 3+ years in leadership roles managing global or distributed teams
- Proven experience delivering AI-led automation at scale
- Strong exposure to: Generative AI / LLMs, NLP / Machine Learning use cases, Intelligent automation platforms (RPA + AI)
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP platforms like SAP or similar)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with AI copilots or conversational AI platforms
- Exposure to European markets / global delivery models
- Knowledge of process mining / process intelligence tools
- Lean / Six Sigma or process excellence background
