Job Overview:
We are looking to hire an experienced AI Automation Specialist with strong expertise in ManyChat and AI-based automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing automation workflows for social media, lead generation, and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and manage ManyChat automations.
- Create Instagram & WhatsApp chatbot workflows.
- Develop AI-based automation systems for marketing and communication.
- Handle lead generation and DM automation campaigns.
- Build workflow automations using automation tools and integrations.
- Implement advanced AI tools for business process automation.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation workflows.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for automation requirements.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat automation.
- Knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp chatbot setup.
- Experience with AI automation tools and workflow systems.
- Understanding of lead nurturing and DM automation.
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), ChatGPT, CRM integrations, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification or practical experience in AI/Automation tools preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3+ Years in automation, chatbot management, or AI workflows.
