Bengaluru | Educational Travel & Experiential Learning
Crazy Holidays is looking for a hands-on AI Automation professional to help us build an integrated, AI-enabled Educational Tour Management Ecosystem.
We need someone who can understand business operations, redesign workflows, connect platforms and implement intelligent automation across:
- Supplier booking, confirmations and follow-ups
- CRM, telecalling and sales pipeline automation
- Marketing and digital marketing workflows
- Revenue management and business dashboards
- Tour Manager sourcing, evaluation and allotment
- Pre-Tour, On-Tour and Post-Tour learning workflows
- Accounting and payment processes
- Customer communication and tour coordination
Who We're Looking For
A strong systems thinker and hands-on implementer with experience in AI automation, workflow architecture, CRM, APIs, AI agents and no-code/low-code platforms.
Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Zoho, HubSpot, Power Automate, WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms will be valuable.
Preferred Experience: 3–8 years in AI automation, digital transformation, RevOps, CRM implementation or business process automation.
