We are looking for an AI-Led Demand Generation Manager to drive scalable B2B pipeline growth through AI, Generative AI, Automation, and Demand Generation.
The candidate will have hands-on experience in building AI-powered marketing workflows, automating lead generation processes using n8n and executing high-impact B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation(n8n)
- Design and implement AI-powered demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Build and automate end-to-end marketing workflows using n8n and API integrations.
- Leverage Generative AI (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content generation, campaign personalization, lead research, and outreach automation.
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Webinars, and ABM.
- Generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs while improving conversion across the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline growth.
Marketing Operations
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI through dashboards and analytics.
- Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization using customer insights and campaign data.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Demand Generation, GTM and Marketing Automation within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with n8n (mandatory) for workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI)applications in marketing.
- Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in Marketing Automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, workflow integrations, and automation tools.
