What You Will Do

Build and ship full-stack features across the front end, back end, data layer, and infrastructure. Work primarily in our Azure environment with attention to security, observability, and cost. Use AI coding assistants throughout your day as a true working partner, not just as autocomplete. Maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, write the tests, and own your code from commit to production. Collaborate with our consultants and operators to translate client business requirements into deployed solutions that actually get adopted.

What You Bring

Engineering Foundation (3 to 5 years)

Strong full-stack experience across modern JavaScript and TypeScript, plus a backend language such as Node.js, Python, or C#. Comfortable across the entire landscape: front end, back end, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. You can move from a React component to a SQL query to a deployment script without losing momentum. Solid command of REST and GraphQL APIs, relational and NoSQL data modeling, and authentication patterns including OAuth, SSO, and role-based access.

AI Augmented Development

Daily, fluent use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. You know how to write CLAUDE.md files that actually shape agent behavior across a repo. You build and customize Claude skills to standardize how you and your team produce code, documents, and reusable workflows. You optimize your VS Code setup, your repo structure, and your prompts so that AI gives you leverage instead of friction. You can point to concrete examples of how AI tooling has changed what you ship, not just how fast you type.

Cloud & DevOps

Production experience on Microsoft Azure is required, including App Service or Container Apps, Azure SQL or Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Entra ID. Familiarity with AWS is a strong plus. Hands-on with GitHub Actions for CI/CD, branch protection, automated testing, environment promotion, and secret management. You treat infrastructure as code and you treat secrets like secrets.

Modern Stack experience (a plus)

Vercel for front-end deployment and edge functions. Supabase for Postgres, auth, and realtime. Next.js, serverless patterns, vector databases, and AI application frameworks such as the Anthropic SDK, OpenAI SDK, or LangChain. If you have shipped real applications on these tools, tell us about them.

Quality and Craft

You write enterprise-grade code: tested, observable, secure, and maintainable. You understand the difference between a prototype and a production system, and you know when each is appropriate. You read code as carefully as you write it. You document for the next person, including the AI agents that will work in the repo after you.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment. Background in workflow automation, internal tooling, or AI agent development. A public GitHub portfolio that shows your range. Contributions to open source, especially in the AI tooling ecosystem.
