Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic AI Artist to join our GenAI team. This is an on-site, contractual role with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. Remote, freelance, and part-time applications will not be considered. You will be responsible for generating compelling textbook art, companion images/videos, and promotional posters for school events using state-of-the-art AI tools. Please note this position is for an AI artist and NOT Gen AI/AI/ML engineers. If you are an AI/ML engineer, please apply ONLY if you have used diffusion models like Midjourney, stable diffusion, etc. to create high quality artwork and have a portfolio/social media account showcasing your artwork. Familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Flux and Sora is welcome. However, freshers with a background in Liberal Arts, Communication, Literature, Art studies and Art history with a strong sense of aesthetics and interest in visual art are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our GenAI team to create high-quality textbook art and companion visuals using Midjourney, Sora, RunwayML, and KlingAI.
• Design posters and promotional materials for events, leveraging generative AI to produce impactful, scalable content.
• Develop prompt templates and workflows to streamline the production of visual assets for various educational projects.
• Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to push the boundaries of art and design in educational contexts.
• Adapt existing creative ideas into innovative visual formats suitable for diverse learning environments.
• Provide creative input during content planning sessions to ensure cohesive and engaging storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Liberal Arts, Communication, Literature, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong creative vision with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools (absolutely required).
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms like Midjourney, Sora, RunwayML, and KlingAI (while we can train you, prior exposure would help)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing creative projects (academic or personal) is required.
• Familiarity with LORAs and fine-tuning pipelines like Automatic 1111, are an added bonus.
