AI Architect (Agentic AI Platform)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of our Agentic AI platform. The ideal candidate will drive platform design, technology selection, and governance while ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with AWS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own architecture across integration, orchestration, cognitive core, memory, and observability layers
- Select and standardize technologies including LLMs, LangGraph, LangChain, Bedrock, and vector databases
- Design and review multi-agent and RAG-based architectures
- Establish agent design patterns, guardrails, and observability standards
- Manage Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and technical risk register
- Collaborate with AWS teams and support customer/partner technical discussions
- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture/code reviews
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AWS Bedrock)
- Hands-on experience in multi-agent orchestration and RAG architectures
- Expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, and API design
- Understanding of LLM cost optimization and token economics
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification (preferred)
