PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
12–15 years of overall experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related domains.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading and mentoring AI/ML engineering or data science teams.
Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.
Demonstrated experience building and implementing Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Strong understanding of AI architecture, model lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, governance, and deployment strategies.
Experience with modern AI frameworks and ecosystems such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, vector databases, and cloud AI platforms.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML development practices
