The Opportunity

We're looking for AI Architects to join the Founder & CEO's Office and help design the next generation of production-grade AI systems.

This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who enjoys building autonomous AI systems, making sound engineering decisions, and shipping production software that scales.

Who You Are

• A systems architect who enjoys designing scalable AI solutions from the ground up.
• Agentic-first, with a strong understanding of autonomous AI workflows and modern LLM architectures.
• A builder who prefers shipping production systems over building demos.
• Execution-oriented, comfortable taking ownership and solving ambiguous problems.
• An entrepreneurial thinker who values speed, simplicity, and business impact.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience building production AI applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and build production-ready agentic AI systems.
• Architect scalable AI infrastructure and intelligent workflows.
• Work across LLMs, RAG, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex business problems.
• Help shape the technical direction of AI across the organization.

Who We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience building production AI systems.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI infrastructure.
• A builder's mindset with a passion for solving real-world engineering problems.
• The ability to move quickly, think independently, and own outcomes.

Application Process

As part of the hiring process, you have to complete one of two production-inspired AI architecture case studies.

The assessment is designed to evaluate your engineering judgment, system design approach, and ability to build production-ready AI solutions. A working implementation, GitHub repository, and a short architecture walkthrough will be required for successful consideration.
