Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for anAI Architect - Managerwho Is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions while leading and developing technical teams.

This role combineshands-on technical leadershipwithpeople management, partnering across engineering, product, platform, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and productionready AI capabilities aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape AI architecture and directionby defining scalable AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions that align with business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Guide solutions from concept to production, supporting teams as they move from early exploration through deployment with a focus on reliability, performance, and longterm maintainability.
• Support and develop engineering teamsthrough coaching, technical guidance, and clear goal setting, helping individuals grow while delivering highquality outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams, working closely with product, platform, security, and business partners to translate needs into practical, wellaligned technical approaches.
• Strengthen AI delivery foundationsby encouraging consistent MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automation, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, model/version management, deployment, monitoring, observability)
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks or tooling (for example: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM APIs)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions used in production
• 2+ years Experience leading technical projects and supporting team delivery
