About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business impact. You will play a strategic role in defining AI architecture, selecting the right technologies, and leading end-to-end implementation of intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals
- Lead development of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models
- Define AI strategy, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products
- Evaluate and select tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., cloud AI services)
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems
- Build and manage data pipelines for model training and deployment
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management (MLOps)
- Stay updated with latest AI trends and innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development with 3–5 years in AI/ML architecture
- Strong expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI tools
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning models
- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience in building AI products at scale
