Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall AI/ML strategy and architecture for the organization.
• Design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of LLMs, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and architects.
• Design end-to-end AI platforms, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions meet requirements related to security, scalability, performance, responsible AI, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall technology experience, with significant experience in AI/ML architecture.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or similar.
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.

Preferred

• Experience leading an AI/ML Center of Excellence (CoE) or AI engineering team.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale GenAI solutions.
• Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
