What we look for

• You design the end-to-end architecture of Legal OS, our AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform: data, ontology, agents, models and governance.
• You model contracts as an ontology of parties, clauses, obligations and terms, so agents can query the answer directly instead of searching through documents.
• You architect agents that extract, redline, compare and track contracts.
• You build evaluation first: golden datasets from real contracts, then continuous improvement on accuracy, cost and latency with every model release.
• You turn each customer engagement into reusable platform components, so the next deployment takes days, not months.
• You work directly with general counsels, CFOs and our engineers, and make sure what you design ships to production.

What we require

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
• You have 8+ years in software or data engineering, including 4+ years designing AI systems that run in production.
• You have shipped LLM, document-intelligence or agent systems used by enterprise teams.
• You have hands-on experience with knowledge graphs or ontology modelling, and with retrieval that cites its sources.
• You are comfortable with cloud platforms, APIs, MCP and enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Slack).
• You understand enterprise security: role-based access control, tenant isolation and audit trails.
• CLM or legal tech experience, or familiarity with legal playbooks, is a strong plus.
