Role: AI Architect

Experience: 15+ years in tech roles, with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Build end-to-end AI/ML architectures (data ingestion, model development, deployment)
- Define AI blueprints, standards, and best practices
- Evaluate & implement cutting-edge AI frameworks and platforms
Practice Development
- Build & lead high-performing AI teams
- Drive standardization in methodologies, frameworks, and execution
Project Oversight
- Oversee AI project lifecycle ensuring delivery, quality, and innovation
- Lead performance reviews and continuous optimization
Technical Leadership
- Guide cross-functional teams across AI/ML initiatives
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned AI solutions
Innovation & Research
- Champion GenAI trends, LLMs, and advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Foster a culture of AI experimentation and innovation
Requirements:
Deep expertise in ML, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs
Proficiency in:
- LangChain, Agentic Frameworks, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock
- Prompt engineering (Few-shot, One-shot, ReAct, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud-based AI deployments
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional AI teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
