Our Gurgaon team supports the operational, commercial, and growth infrastructure behind sourcing, pricing, marketplace performance, analytics, workflows, and revenue operations at scale.

As AI continues to reshape modern business environments, we are increasingly integrating AI-assisted workflows, operational intelligence, analytics, automation, and systems-led execution into how the business operates across functions.

This programme is designed for individuals who are naturally curious about growth, marketplaces, analytics, operational systems, commercial problem-solving, and modern AI-enabled ways of working.

This is not a passive or observation-led internship.

Interns are expected to contribute meaningfully from the outset through structured thinking, commercial awareness, analytical reasoning, strong execution capability, and a willingness to operate within fast-moving, high-accountability environments.

The programme provides exposure across international marketplaces, revenue operations, marketplace analytics, growth initiatives, operational workflows, structured reporting, AI-assisted workflows, commercial analysis, process optimisation, and performance-driven execution environments.

Interns will work closely with senior leadership and core operators across live business functions directly impacting operational performance, growth, and revenue generation.

We are looking for highly curious, commercially aware, and execution-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.

Strong candidates will typically demonstrate:

• Genuine interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, growth, analytics, and operational execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows and modern AI tools
• Strong prompting, structured reasoning, and research capability
• Ownership, attention to detail, and strong execution standards
• The ability to operate independently within fast-moving environments

The role requires a strong level of comfort working with structured data and operational information, including analysing large datasets, improving data quality, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies, and converting raw information into clear, actionable insights that support operational and commercial decision-making.

Candidates should already be reasonably conversant with modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, including the ability to structure prompts effectively, extract insights intelligently, and utilise AI systems as part of analysis, research, reporting, and operational execution.

Exposure to tools or environments such as ChatGPT, Claude, Excel / Google Sheets, analytics tooling, reporting workflows, marketplace platforms, automation tools, or operational systems is beneficial.

Backgrounds in Business, Economics, Commerce, Management, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or similarly analytical disciplines are advantageous, though not mandatory.
