AI Application Testers for Emerson's cutting-edge AI R&D team to ensure quality/reliability of generative AI, ML models, and AI agents. Design test plans, validate AI performance/accuracy/security, develop automated tests, and collaborate with data scientists/engineers in Agile environment ensuring ethical AI standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design test plans/cases for AI apps - generative models, AI agents, ML algorithms
- Conduct rigorous testing - functionality, performance, security, accuracy
- Validate AI behavior - response consistency, context understanding, relevance
- Develop automated test scripts for scalable AI model validation
- Test data preparation with data scientists/engineers
- Perform regression/load/performance testing post model retraining
- Bias detection + ethical AI validation ensuring fairness/accuracy
