Job Title: Client Delivery Lead – AI & Application Development

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of AI and Application Development projects. The role requires strong leadership in software engineering, solution design, and client engagement, ensuring successful project execution aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end delivery of AI and application development programs.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Understand client business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage delivery governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and escalations.

AI & Solution Expertise

Lead AI-driven initiatives including ML models, data solutions, automation, and analytics platforms.

Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and architects to design innovative solutions.

Ensure alignment of AI solutions with client business outcomes and ROI expectations.

Drive adoption of emerging technologies and best practices in AI and digital transformation.

Application Development & Software Engineering

Oversee full SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) delivery of enterprise applications.

Ensure engineering excellence, code quality, DevOps practices, and architecture standards.

Guide teams in modern tech stacks (Cloud, Microservices, APIs, etc.).

Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance application delivery.

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and AI specialists.

Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and technical capability.

Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Delivery Governance & Financial Management

Manage project budgets, resource planning, and revenue forecasting.

Track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software delivery, with exposure to AI and enterprise application development.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern application architectures.

Proven experience managing large-scale client delivery engagements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing global delivery teams.

Exposure to digital transformation programs.

PMP / Agile / Cloud certifications are an advantage.
