About the Role
We are hiring two AI Animation Operators to power the heart of our production pipeline. You will take approved keyframe images and bring them to life using Kling and other AI video generation tools, turning static anime frames into dynamic, cinematic clips ready for final edit.
Speed, precision and a good eye for motion are everything in this role. You will be running multiple generations in parallel every single day.
What You'll Do
- Animate approved keyframes using Kling 3 and other AI video tools
- Write precise motion prompts that produce dynamic, fluid anime-style animation
- Run start-frame and text-to-video generations in parallel to maximize daily output
- Review generated clips for quality motion artifacts, character drift, background errors
- Iterate quickly on failed generations with adjusted prompts
- Organize and deliver approved clips to the editor on a daily basis
- Maintain a log of successful motion prompts for reuse across similar shots
- Coordinate with the second animation operator to avoid duplication and cover different beats simultaneously
What We're Looking For
- Direct hands-on experience with Kling, Runway, Higgsfield or similar AI video generation tools
- Understanding of how to prompt for specific camera movements, motion intensity and character actions
- Good eye for animation quality you can spot when a clip is usable vs needs regeneration
- High output mindset comfortable running and reviewing 20-30 generations per day
- Reliable, fast turnaround this is a daily delivery pipeline
- Basic understanding of anime motion language speed lines, impact frames, smear frames
Bonus Points
- Experience with both image-to-video and text-to-video workflows
- Knowledge of Kling's lip sync and camera control features
- Portfolio of AI animated clips especially action or fantasy content
- Experience working in short-form vertical video formats
