AI and Video Game Storyteller Producer - Unpaid Internship to Full Time Role

Role Description

This is a remote, full-time role as an AI and Video Game Storyteller Producer, transitioning from an unpaid internship to a full-time position based on performance. You should be a strong storyteller with the ability to create cinematic short-form content for marketing and production from our video game content.

You should be fluent in modern AI tools like Seedance and Kling, Midjourney, and Gemini, and have a strong portfolio of freelance or hobby projects. We want to see an end-to-end skill set, able to capture in-game content as well as create content from scratch, and create a usable end product in video, sound, and story for enriching our user base with great content in our IPs.

This is an internship designed for someone coming out of school or in their final year in a relevant field of education, and about to start their career.

The payment pathway is a SGD 200 stipend per month during the 3-month internship, then SGD 1000 / month during 2-3 months of employment, and if we are both happy, SGD 3200/month as a full-time role from there.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling, narrative design, and writing skills with an understanding of interactive and gameplay-driven narratives.
• Experience or interest in utilizing AI tools to develop and enhance creative processes.
• Experience in Unreal Engine and/or Unity is highly desirable
• Creative thinking and a passion for video games, narrative design, and visual storytelling.
• Education in a relevant field is a must (Video Production, Marketing, AI, Creative Production)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively in a dynamic team setting.
